  • COCKTAIL CREATIONS

As Jim Meehan, master bartender from famous cocktail bar PDT in New York, said: « A drink is fundamentally a glass, liquid, ice and a garnish. So all four of those elements are important. » That’s why whenever we create a new cocktail, we always use premium spirits, liqueurs, syrups or purées, as well as fresh ingredients and high quality ice, all served within a nice glass or original packaging in order to please the eye, the noise and the palate of our customers. Our creations can go from classic cocktails with a twist, like the Peach Basil Mule (Moscow Mule with peach liqueur and basil leaves) to original creations, like the Sichuan Taste (whisky base cocktail with Sichuan pepper & mint, served in a noodle cup).
